Automating the bottleneck in analog and RF chip design.

Waveforge has developed AI-driven EDA tools that automate antenna, analog IC, RFIC and filter design — tasks that consume expert engineers' time and are constrained by a shrinking pool of specialists.

Spun out of the University of Glasgow, their suite of tools shortens design cycles by up to 60–70% and delivers results beyond the reach of existing EDA solutions. Early versions are already in use with industry partners, with trials demonstrating 8.7x higher bandwidth and 43% lower power consumption against leading EDA tools. It is backed by four patents for proprietary ML-assisted design optimisation.
